Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that are unused and in original packaging.

To start a return:
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items:
Final sale items, gift cards, and items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

Damaged or wrong items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right.

Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
